2.  Is the total loan amount NOT greater than 5.25 times the gross income?

3.  Is the loan to value (LTV) 80% or less?

4.  Is the combined loan to value (LTV) 90% or less if there is a second trust?

5.  Is the total loan amount $50,000 or greater?

  • Last 3 years income and expense statements for the church.

  • Year to date income and expense statement for the church plus balance sheets.

  • Digital photo of the property.

  • Executive summary (include church history, project overview and a use of funds schedule)
