Busness Owner Plus Program

*  Full Doc and Stated Income programs

*  Up to 90% LTV for owner-occupied properties, 90% CLTV's

*  Loan amounts up to $5,000,000 ($3,000,000 Stated)

*  Minimum FICO score: 600 (660 Stated)

*  Property types: mixed use, retail, office, warehouse, automotive, light industrial, day care, dry cleaners, vocational schools, convenience stores (no fuel) and more. Call for others.

*  Amortization periods: 30 year

*  Fixed and Adjustable rates

*  2 Years of business operation required

Platinum Loan Programs

*  Rates that rival local banks on a national level

*  Full Doc and Stated Income programs

*  Loan amounts up to $10,000,000

*  Underwritten based on DSCR of property (except in owner user scenarios)

*  Minimum FICO score: 600

*  Property types: multifamily (5+), mixed-use, retail, office, warehouse, industrial. Call for others.

*  All loans based on 30 year amortization period

 Private Equity Fund

*  Underwritten based on equity in the property

*  Purchases, refinances, foreclosure bailouts and bank workouts

*  Closings can occur in as little as 5 - 15 days! (Best Case Scenaro)
